Youth in Music
Asbury is blessed to have a history of successful Youth Choirs. We have a combined number of almost 200 students actively participating in these two music groups. Each group participates in worship at least two times a month and takes part in a mission/ music tour in the summer.
They perform a mixed repertoire of upbeat, challenging music. These two wonderful groups gather on Sundays at 5:00 for rehearsal. The Voices of Christ is open to all youth currently attending grades 7-9. The C.H.R.I.S.T. Choir is open to students in grades 10-12. For additional information please contact Susan Farris at X235.

The Youth Orchestra is open to all youth who have been playing an instrument for at least two years. Youth Orchestra is a great place for youth to learn about God, fellowship and use their musical talents. The youth orchestra plays in Sunday morning worship. There are also occasional opportunities for outreach, such as playing in nursing homes. Rehearsal is Wednesday at 5:30PM in the loft.
