Lord
Help us know how important
Our actions and concerns for others are to You.
When we reach out to someone
We are showing your love, Your touch.
We may never know the impact
Or the results of our actions,
But we know it is the process that matters
Not just the final outcome.
Our kind actions are a direction
From you for us to serve
And spread your word.
Help us strive
To love and grow in faith
To be moved into action
Because of our faith
To make a positive difference
In the lives of our families
In the lives of our friends.
To help others who come into our path
Who may first witness your love through our concern.
We thank you for Your blessings of love
And the work of the Holy Spirit in Our lives. Amen.
