Come and get prepared for the Advent Season at Asbury. This special event takes place on the Sunday before the 1 st Sunday of Advent. The Advent Workshop is an event for everyone, singles, families and grandparents.There is a cost for this event. Registration will include supper and several Christmas ornament kits to make. We always include a Chrismond in this kit (an ornament that has a Christian significance). Additional activities at an additional cost include an Advent Wreath Kit, and a Candy House Kit. Registration begins at the end of October each year.
Happy Birthday Jesus Party - December 4
Come join all the fun while celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ. This fun filled children's event helps you and your little ones remember to true reason for the season. There will be crafts, birthday cake, pizza and a visit from Santa. Tickets go on sell the first Sunday of November. For more information or to volunteer please contact Kelly Walters at 837-9696 x245.
