For Parents
At Asbury, we have Child Protection policies in place to ensure your child has a safe environment.
Child Protection Policies
All rooms must have two adults at all times. If two leaders are not present, you cannot leave your child.
Walk your child to their room to ensure two teachers are present.
Parents of nursery age and preschool children must be on Asbury’s campus at all times.
Children cannot be dismissed without a parent or a designated person 7th grade or above:
With the following exceptions:
5th—6th graders can be released without a parent but a parent can request to pick up their child.
4th graders can be released with a parent’s written permission
Please be prompt in picking up your child.
Please don’t ask the volunteers to compromise these policies.
Nursery closes promptly at 8:30 p.m.
