children of God!” – 1 John 3:1Asbury Weekday is a ministry of Asbury United Methodist Church that serves children, their parents, and the Madison community. Our program is designed to provide developmentally appropriate experiences that encourage children to grow in a wholesome attitude toward themselves and to others, to develop independent thinking and creative expression, and to begin to realize God's love.
Our staff is committed to providing a place for children and their families to come and experience the love of Christ. We recognize that each child is a special and unique individual created by God. It is our desire to partner with parents to create an enjoyable learning experience for each child and instill Christian values.
Weekday features
- Small class sizes
- Two teachers per classroom
- Music daily
- Spanish for 3's, 4's & Kindergarten
- Motor skills development
- Weekly chapel time led by Asbury Church staff members
- Well-supervised, age-appropriate field trips (4's & Kindergarten)
- Four-hour program: 9:00AM– 1:00PM
- Special celebrations
- Christmas and Spring programs
