Having an Event? Need Space? Need Publicity?
If you are an Asbury ministry and need a room or a van, the first thing you must do is fill out Room and Van Request (XLS).
For reserving the Fellowship Hall or Sanctuary, you will also need to fill out Fellowship Hall and Sanctuary Audio Visual Reservation. If you need Five Points, please fill out Five Points Reservation Discovery Info.
For reserving childcare for your event, please fill out the Nursery Request Form.
Do you need promotion of your Asbury event? Meet with your ministry leader and review the Event Communications Planning Form. When you start planning your event and it is a church-wide or community event, you can submit a Communications Project Request Form to have the communications department assist you with your advertising needs. Be sure to submit it at least 4 weeks prior to your church-wide event and up to 2 months prior to a community-wide event.
If you are an outside group and need a room, please fill out the Outside Group Facility Request Form.
