Thom serves WAY-FM as their General Manager.  He provides leadership for the local outlet in helping to keep WAY’s stated mission:  to encourage youth and young people in their Christian lives and to introduce non-believers to Christ.  Guided by their core values and Christ-centered mission, he works diligently with staff and community leaders to get this message out to Madison/Huntsville, and nearby communities.

“I had been praying for the next move and felt the Lord impress upon me to get back into
radio that would play contemporary Christian music in the Southeast…I acted upon what the Lord impressed upon me. I checked out radio stations in the Southeast that played CCM. In talking to people from WAY-FM, I found that they were about to start 2 stations in the Southeast -- one of which was in Huntsville. I felt drawn to this area. I remember being impressed with how many different types of people reside in our area that have come here from all over the US and the world.” – Thom
