Teddy, formerly with the General Board of Global Ministries of The United Methodist Church, served in Dakar, Senegal and Palestine. In 2005, he was
appointed director of the Upper Sand Mountain Parish. Asbury has a long-standing relationship with USMP, partnering with them to come alongside their local churches and congregations. We have been active in the annual Christmas toy drive and in their “Hearts and Hands” housing project through Asbury’s “Madison to the Mountain” ministry. We look forward to new avenues to continue to build relationships in USMP, joining Teddy and Sylvia in their mission to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ, both in word and action.
