Asbury has partnered with Beacon Hill, their leaders and congregation to develop an after-school ministry for children living in The Arbors.  That neighborhood is recognized for accommodating lower-income and “working poor” families.  It often suffers from the impact of poverty, creating a sizeable population of “at-risk” kids.
